Some members of the St. Croix Valley Chamber of Commerce board of directors recently joined Julianna Mahan and her son, Toby Sanchez-Mahan, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of their business, Mad Mardigan’s Cafe & Catering, located at 28 North Street in Calais.
