Last month, area fire crews responded to a devastating blaze at 319 River Road in Calais. The home, owned by Pete and Brandi Cline, was completely destroyed.

Peter and Brandi, a beloved teacher at Calais High School, their daughter, Jenna, a well-known student and friend to many, and their son, Josh, a college student, lost all their belongings and pets.

In response to their loss, students in the JMG program, National Honor Society, and Student Council have joined forces to support the family by organizing a benefit spaghetti dinner.

The event will take place on Saturday, March 22, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Calais Middle/High School. Meals are priced at $5 per person or $20 per family. In addition to dinner, attendees can take part in a Chinese raffle featuring a variety of items and a dessert auction.

All proceeds will go toward helping the Cline family rebuild. Community members are encouraged to attend, enjoy a meal, and show their support for the Cline family.
