Police Warn of Fines for Windshields Not Clear of Ice and Snow

When the temperatures fall and one wants to reach his or her destination as quickly as possible, hurrying to the car and driving off without much thought seems like a common thing to do.  Those not taking the few minutes necessary to brush off the snow and ice before hitting the road, however, pose a threat with the increased likelihood of an accident due to an obstruction of view--and police will take notice.
