For the first time since 2019, Mrs. Lori Ellis’ AP English class at Calais High School was able to host a Veterans Ceremony.  The event drew many, leaving standing room only in the school’s cafetorium on Thursday, November 10.

The ceremony began with the Color Guard presenting the flags, followed by a welcome speech, thanking and honoring all veterans, given by Danielle White.
